At Tucson, on the Broadway side of the post office located at Broadway and Scott Street, midway between the two south entrances in top of the granite base, 1.0 foot higher than the sidewalk, and 0.5 foot south of the south face of the building.
"V 19" is a benchmark monumented by the USC&GS in 1933 located in Pima County, Arizona.
The benchmark is on the foundation of the James A. Walsh Federal Courthouse.
